hard to say what a cam itself would accomplish with out other things helping it. like headers and free flowing exhaust. intake, throttlebody upgrade etc... also depending on the mileage of your motor you might also want to get the valve springs upgraded to work properly with that cam. otherwise you may cause damage to the cam and possibly other parts.
in most causes a stall converter is not ideal for a 4wd, especially if you wheel alot
This is just a mild "rv" cam. It would take about 3 notches up before you would have to think stall...and then like kem said...street use. I would estimate 15HP maybe with no other adjustments.
