4x4 conversion

i have a 76 2wd with a 390. and i have a 4wd frame from a similar truck. how much work would it be to convert?

If all you have is the frame, you have a lot more parts to get.

Try to PM Teds74ford..he is a member here who converted a 74 2WD F250 to a 4x4. The work is very intensive and costly. He made a really nice looking 4x4 truck out of a 2WD!

wouldnt it have cost less to just buy a 4x4 truck?

ok ya lost me you have a 76 2wd f whatever you want to make into a 4x4 you have a 4x4 frame from a simular f whatever . if the frame is a rollig chassis put the body on to the frame if not go find a rolling chassis
