under dash panel
Hey there fellas. Do you all know of a source for an underdash panel for my 53. She is just coming from body shop and wanted to have the stereo done next. ! read in custom classic trucks in the back of the magazine that someone is now producing them for hot rods. I appreciate it .. Big DJ

I think alot of the guys around here have fabbed their own. I think fatfenders56 fabbed one up using an underdash panel from a Maverick or something like that.

ff56 ''weighing in'' Bobby is right,I did make one from a Maverick dash but the latest and greatest (?) is in my gallery. It's made from 1/2'' tubing and sheet metal. I personally think it rocks but you can make up your own mind about it. It doubles as a mount for ''stuff'' and as a storage thingie. It may also end up with some a/c vents. good luck
