drum to disc

if changing my 68 f-100 front drums to discs, what should i do for a master cylinder? i am installing a front suspension clip off of an 85 dodge.....no more i-beams....sorry guys. this truck is going to be very low, i-beams won't get me low enough. do the late 70's f-100's have the correct master cylinder for disc/drum? i know there is probably a thread with this info, but i am just a little lazy today. thank you guys for any help on this topic. have a great day and keep on truckin'!

I believe you ought to use a MoPaR master cylinder since it will be powering MoPaR calipers and FoMoCo systems use residual pressures and split system service lines, but whatever, good luck with your experiment of running balljoints on your truck.

If the late 70's Ford was equipped with disc/drum, the master cylinder would be correct. I believe the majority of the late 70's Fords were disc/drum brakes.
