Today I seen two fairly new XLT PSD F350 Duallies , one behind the other coming down the highway pulling large new 5th wheel campers. They appeared to be delivering them to a dealer. Super neat to see.
Yeah, they're always nice to look at. I've been looking through the local dealerships and used lots looking for a 4x. Not really serious yet, just looking. If I can find a good enough deal, I'll trade the white one. But it's got to be a crew cab 4x4 diesel. Not too sticky on 250 or 350. Single or dual. Actually I think I'd rather have singles. But again, I'm not really looking. Just watching for that deal I can't pass up.
You guys better be carefull or you will end up with a new PSD in your driveway, just when you least expect it. Thats what happened to me, I looked for 2 years for my PSD and then when I least expect it I end up with 2 to choose from and you guys know what happened next. And the wife's happy now she doesn't have to buy auto traders for me any more.
I don't have to worry about a new one, but a nice 96-99 might just slip in somehow! I can't afford to really go looking, but mine has such low Km's that I may get a good trade in. Without that I'd be sunk. I'm not really looking to get rid of mine anyway. If the 4x4 fairy happens along and turns mine into a 4x, that would be good enough.
Ive been keeping my eyes open for a nice white newer psd supercab shortbox 4x4 with leather interior. When I do see the one I want, I think I am going to get it. Only thing that kind of turns me off about them, is they arent as great on fuel as I thought they were! My dads 91 7.3 gets 25 mpg on average, and the newer ones, from what I hear, only get like 15, damn!!
