You're fine, if you already have the Banks in. You just may have paid a little more for the Banks than the Gillette. From what I read, they basically both do the same thing: remove the EBPV and increase exhaust flow. It's all about the all mighty $$$.
I'm not familiar with how the Banks power elbow is installed or made, but it depends on what's been done with the EBPV rod. If it's been left hanging or the sensor is plugged in, you could run into problems.
But, as expensive as Banks stuff is, it's usually well engineered and I would only imagine that they've got a place for the rod to fasten to the elbow, just to hold it in place, and perhaps some sort of code fooler for the EBPV electrical plug. However, without being able to look at it, I can't say for sure if there would be a problem or not.
