I didn't know they had knock sensors, but I would go 15-20 lb-ft. as a guess. It may be as much as 30, but they start getting too sensitive as you over-tighten.
When you said "I am told there is one." Did you mean you were told there was a knock sensor or that there was a tq. spec for it? I've just never heard of one on these motors myself. If you don't get an answer here try the I6 engine forum:
