would like to put the fog lights back on some way, doae anyone know of an aftermarket bracket or fog light replacements, or has made a bracjet themself

Yup!
Go to Auto Zone, Advance, O'Reilly's, etc.
Pilot has a hitch mouted kit that should fit the bill nicely for you. The kit comes with 2 lights (el cheapo), 2 L-shaped brackets, and zip ties. They connect right to the receiver and are adjustable up/down and left/right. I think they cost like $25.
I bought the kit and then put my PIAA's on the back. Here's what they look like mounted on the back.

I have the front hidden hitch too and these would work there as well.
