There really aren't that many regulars here who are heavy into nitrous and such. Seems many of us are just guys who use their trucks as daily drivers.

AFAIK, there is no K&N, or MAC, or similar intake/air filter setup for the '05 and newer 4.2 F150.
All modern vehicles are designed to run neither rich nor lean. Today's engine and fuel management systems work to keep the fuel/air ratio right where it needs to be.

First mods, well my problem with the rattle is my cat on the drivers side, so the dealer is going to replace them for me. I'm also playing around with the idea of taking off the muffler and running a nice crome tip out the side right before the passenger side rear tire, then I could open up the air box and get a K&N filter
