engine colour 361 ?

Yellow. 
JK...the 58 361 Edsel's were painted yellow and 59's were semi gloss black. I forget the year of your engine but the darker blue would be my guess? I used to have a list of years and colors but it's no longer available so my puter tells me...

it really depends on the application ford painted those lots of colors the most common was medium ford blue used from 66-72 . lots of them were painted black , orange , red green and grey. the U.S army got theirs with green marine primer.
