Torque specs

What are the torque specs for the cam retainer plate and the cam timing gear?

i thought the cam bolt was like 45 ft lbs?

retainer plate is 9-12 ft-lbs
cam timing gear is 40-45 ft-lbs

I had found the spec for the cam gear bolt shortly after I posted the question. Thanks for the replies.

Put some lock tight on the cam gear bolt too. I always go to 55#....giggity....
