Spindle swap?
This is my first time on this site, looks like a good'un! Here's my question.....I have a '62 "one-piece" Ford pickup and a derelict '72 F100 with disc brakes. Will the spindles off the '72 fit the '62 axle without too much hassle? Looking at the parts still under both trucks looks like they should swap, but I can't find any info on kingpin diameters, etc. Anyone tried this? I don't want to rely on the tired old drums when I get the '69 Windsor and 4-over in there.
