I run the little scoop too I think it lets you get a little cooler air when running down the road. Pictures may not have it in my gallery but I agree you need to have some support on the filter. I have a strap going to the alternator and one holding the bottom of the filter you can't see in my pics in the galllery.

i am pretty sure you can have an avatar picture without being a supporter(best 15 bucks i ve spent i dont see any of the crap ads on the left of the screen like you guys and you get two free fte stickers. but anyways go under user cp in the screen up top and go to edit avatar and add one.

airflow has the same exact setup as the tymar and they have the clamp that you use to keep the filter up off the fender. i could find mine locally so that was the only part i couldn't source from napa.
