In the military we used to breathe pure oxygen from our aircraft.

before you go to bed...large glass of water, couple of tylenol. First thing in the am..more water, more tylenol,and a couple of tablespoons of sugar. Then, off to the shop...crack open the torch..breathe straight oxygen for about 20-30 seconds. Within the hour....you're ready to go
