Aftermarket Power Locks

I love ford trucks, and I was very excited to see that my boss bought me a brand new 2006 f150 for my company vehicle. Not to be ungratefull, the only thing that it is missing is the power locks. I was wondering if I could get some aftermarket locks installed? Any advice about this would be great.

i replaced the ones on my 04 without any major problems. I got ones off ebay that came with 2 wireless remotes and the door actuators. Took me a few hours to do, you will have to take the door panels off of both the drivers and passenger side, mount the actuators, then run all the wires through the door and hide them behind everything in the cab. Hardest part was finding the wires. For some reason my buttons on my remote is backwards, even though i wired them correctly. That my only gripe.

For the parking light flash I hooked it to a brown wire in the area behind the e-brake panel.
The ground wire goes to the green screws in several places; those are the factory ground connections. I used the one by the e-brake.
The power was the light green/violet wire in the cluster of wires under the steering column.
The ignition I taped the blue/green wire under the column.

I got my Power door locks from A1 Electric. Installation was very easy and straightforward. The hardest thing about the whole job was taking the door panel off then deciding where to mount the switches. Just remeber to get the Rod Type Actuators whereever you get them.

Keyless entry will run you around $100 Wiring is included with the exception of the switch kits they are seperate if you decide to get them.
