the parts that will fit are the tail pipe section, as well as the piping up to about the tranny, after that you are on your own. an exhaust shop should be able to out fit you with whatever you want, and the can build things too.

5 inch stacks? i would go 4 inch.

Well they would be cheaper too haha. After hearing Dave S. on the K&N filters, Could I just open up the stock plastic intake piece (the one that covers the driver side battery)? Any chance I'll have problems with rainy/snowy weather if I adjust it lower so that it is right next to the radiator?

The largest pipe you can get on the manifold is 2.25" if you want to bolt it and have it seal. I tried to do it with 2.5", but it does not go through the clamps, and it would not seal if it did. What you can do is open the pipe up 6" down the pipe and use 3 or 4 inch pipe for the common pipe to the rear.

ATS uses a 2.25" crossover pipe to the Y on the passenger side manifold, but that is to keep the exhaust velocity high before the turbo.

True duals are a waste if you are considering a turbo down the road, plus getting the drivers side pipe by the front tank is a pain.

In my opinion, 3" stacks are plenty and cost a lot less. I have 3" stacks, but I am going to try to use larger pipe from the turbo back to where the Y is for the stacks.
The 94 IDI turbo has a 2.25" ID downpipe that runs back to the muffler, then it is 2.5" ID after that. Not big enough fro a NA motor, let alone a turbo motor.

My ram air intake is 4"x10". Rain is not a problem. But I plow snow and I do have to unhook the scoop while it is snowing heavy or I am plowing. If I don't the snow cakes on the bottom of the filter till it chokes the engine.

Dave S, is your filter on top of the engine in a circular pan? Fraid that if I get into a heavy raid that it will come up through the line, flood up into the pan and into the engine.

I believe my whole system is 2.25" but I think I could run a Y pipe behind the transmission and take out the crossover. I can get a stack kit that comes up into the bed and then makes a T to get both stacks, would that work?

Also Dave S, could you send me some pics of your intake and exhaust lines? I just wanta see the basic setup for both and get an idea of what I can do. Thanks

I have an ATS turbo, so my filter box is square.
For location it is moved slightly forward and to the drivers side from the NA filter location. I used the same 4" plastic flex duct that was on the stock filter to hook up
my scoop, so removal is very easy and takes seconds to do.

Rain is no problem at all.
Snow does cake on the filter though, so it has to be unhooked while driving in snow.

In my main gallery there are some other pictures of the stacks on my truck.

Unfortunatly I do not have any pictures of the stock exhaust upgrade.
Since I have an ATS turbo with the three inch downpipe, about the only thing you will have to make is the Y for the stacks. I don't like a T for that connection, that creates back pressure. I made my Y out of two 90 degree elbows that were cut and welded together so all three openings were 3".

It is raining outside, I will try to get a picture of the Y tomorrow if the weather cooperates.

Something else to consider.
When I installed my stacks I was still running a NA 6.9.
I laid out the 3" exhaust to run in the same location as the stock exhaust.
When I installed the turbo, the downpipe slid into the 3" pipe perfectly, so my exhaust work was already done.
Since I have a dump bed, everything had to be perfect so it cleared the cab and bed.
I do realize that was a very lucky accident that it all fit so well since all the connections were welded. I was already planning a turbo upgrade when I installed the exhaust, but I thought I would have to do a little fine tuning to get it to fit when I did install the turbo.
