Micky's or BFG's?

I have a 96 F250 7.3 diesel and I was planning to put the BFG All Terrain 285 75 r16, but a guy from work just bought some Micky Thompson Baja MTX and really likes them. Does anyone have any comments on either tire? I was also looking at the Cooper Discoverer ST. I use the truck for hauling my horses and truck camper on highway, but also to get to my favorite fishing/hunting spots which is usually quite far away from the pavement. Anyone have other tires that they like better? Dont really want to spend a fortune here.

Thanks,
Jeff

if you son't want to spend a fortune look at buckshots. They're cheap, and hold up pretty good. Either of the tires you mentioned you will be happy with. I'd pick the cheaper of the two and go with that.
