I've posted my opinion of tattoos before.
Ear-rings, well I guess that's your business too.
But I'm going to jump on Dono's bandwagon here. I have an opinion of people when I see these things. I try to treat people right, but if I see you at the swimming pool and you have a decorative barb-wire inspired design sticking up from under the top of your bikini bottom or if you have multiple piercings sticking out from all corners of your body/head (wow they can pierce that?) or you've died your hair a hodge podge of purple black and pink and you've shaved half of your head...
don't get in my face and say I'm a closed-minded jerk because I don't want you to baby-sit my kids or figure my taxes or serve me a meal. I'm not saying you are a bad person, but trying to look as offensive as you possibly can, and then trying to be accepted as just like everyone else just doesn't fly with me.

i have 5 tattoo's, got them all while in the Navy, my wife doesn't have any, i have no piercings and my wife has one in each ear.
i am not fond of guys with piercings or women with tattoos, or strange pericings also. plus, i am not into this "girl dress like a guy" thing that is so amassed in american society. my wife(from russia) is the only women we see around my town the dresses good at all, everyone else looks like they wear their husbands shirts and jeans and just got finish working on a car.
