Engine built after truck built?
The date on my window sticker is 1/12/06 and the the engine is 17/01/06. Door jamb sticker just says 1/06. Is the date on the bottom right of window sticker the actual build date?

I believe the date on the window sticker is when the truck was "Bucked" by FMC.
You may want to ask this down in the new Ford/Lincoln/Mercury buyers section, Polarbear would know the definitive answer straight away.

Where did you find the engine build date? I looked on the FICM but only saw a bunch of numbers that didn't mean anything. I have an 06 with the truck being built in March 06. Thanks
