04 Expy, shocked every other day :P. And no khaga, it's not about the vehicle moving. It's the fact that the body of the truck has a static (constant amount) of electron charge built up in the body. You however, by sliding into the seat, cranking, then sliding out, built up a charge that had to go somewhere, so since you had a + of electrons, while your truck body had the same amount, but fewer than you, making it -, the + flowed to the - so that they are =. Also, when you cranked it, it's possible that the electronics charged the grounds, which happen to connect to the body, making the truck body +, your body -, and thus you became the =lizer. Either way, you're getting shocked, it's the nature of the beasts :P.

Cloth seats have the same problem. I think you should buy some of those straps and a set of curb-feelers as well.
