In the 98 it was under the cover at the passenger side kick panel, later they were under the center console, I think it changed in 99 to the center console. Ford has full service info in their wirring and maint books with a BIG WARNING! AIR BAGS CAN CAUSE INJURY AND SHOULD BE LEFT TO QUALITIFIED SERVICE PERSONAL.
