What size are the O-rings for the injector return lines? Mine are leaking like a civ.

The Oring may not be the only problem, over time the plastic caps distort and no amount of relacing Orings can fix it.

Can you elaborate on this some more please.

 

There was a post here that I found that said the rings were common #9 types. I did get a Fuel bypass return kit when I replaced them. I replaced a bunch of stuff but the actual culprit was the glow plug seloniod. Runs like a champ now.

 

the caps become distorted (out of round) and dont hold their shape to seal the o ring fit. Go to an injection shop and get the fuel return line replacement kit (o rings, caps and return fuel line) and have at it.
