Cab Mount install problem

I have a 77 f100 and im currently working on taking the cab mounts off. I started with the rear mounts and was able to get the bolt out but for the life of me i cannot remove the bushing the lower bushing under the frame has the nut that welded to the bushing as far as i can see that runs up threw the top bushing. but i can get either of them off after taking the bolt out. any help would be great thanks...

try putting the bolt back in about half way, then hit the bolt with a hammer. this should separate the two haves of the bushing. the top and bottom bushings slide into each other and they sieze together. worked for me on all the cab bushings i have had to take apart, just my 2c worth.

We gave that a try but the rubber starts to melt making it hard to cut but you also have the metal sleve. We are going to try the hammer approach tomorrow.
