Cab Mounting Bolts

Have a 2000 f-250 with bad rear cab mounting bolts. Wondering the best way to get to them from the cab. Can I just pull off the backrest on the back bench? If so does it just pull out? Anybody know anything about the bolt? The bushings on underside of the truck look fine but if I jump up and down on the nerf bars I can see the bushings seperating. The truck clunks real bad off road. Check and replaced everything else so I figure it has to be the cab bolts. Any help appreciated

slide seat forward pull carpet or rubber mat up behind seat @ rear of cab you will see to holes they may have rubber plugs covering them,rear cab mount bolts are under them.

Drivers side is 24mm and passengers side bolts are 21mm sockets if that helps

What size are the bolts? Putting the cab back on my 99 7.3 250 and need 8 of them but don't know what size/length/grade they are and can't find it anywhere
