223 Inline 6 rebuild
Is there a parts supplier that sells everything needed for a rebuild in one kit, that also lets you pick a better cam? Please post the web-site. Also if it would be cheaper to just buy the pieces separately let me know. Has anyone done this rebuild and added a little more muscle to the 223? I plan on changing to a clifford intake and exhaust as money allows also.

slow response... you may want to try the six cylinder mustang site. i don't remember the address, but i think they cover the 223 a little better, most of the guys on this forum are working the 300. let us know how the build goes and post some pictures for us.

Everything you need for your 223 I-6 is on e-Bay @ usually Better prices then what "Cilfford Performance" charges.
Just do a Search for "Ford 223" or Variations there of, that's exactly what I did & I found everythig I needed to build mine.
