Tensioner Clicking

Tensioner Clicking
I have searched a few posts and most noise seems to be squealing for tensioner problems.
Last night I slowed to a stop and heard some major clicking. Upon looking it seems like my belt tensioner is moving around rather sloppy like but can't pinpoint the click. Does it ride on a bearing and does anyone think the bearing is causing the pully to knock against the block. The belt seems okay, no wear.
Any suggestions?

My V10 doesn't seem to have any problems (yet) although the front alternator bearing is starting to make noise.
What year is your truck? What engine? DO you have an 8-groove belt or 6-groove?

2001 F250 super duty 5.4. I think the grooves are eight in count.
Update: I just looked at it again during lunch and notice some wear around where the tensioner arm meets the pully, bad bearing for sure.
