There's a plug in my plug?
I pulled the plug in the dash by the cubby to run my wires for the Brake Controller and there is an electrical plug on it. Is this just a dead plug for the optional peddle adjustment or can I use this for something?

Not sure what plug you are talking about. Is it round or square? On my '01, there is a round plug that was for an auxillary idle controller. I used one of the wires for the ignition power to my gauge pod.

I'm not sure if we're thinking of the same one, but once you remove the under-dash cover to access the wiring and fuse panel, to the right inside there, basically below the cubby, is a rectangular hole in the side - and through there is a plug for a trailer brake controller.
