Yes, it would tell me that there is a problem. That's why I put one in the cab too. Like I said, I tend to do things a little overkill.

Well, I only say overkill there because I have 2 fuel pressure gauges. One on the regulator in the engine compartment and the other one in the cab. But, it may not be overkill since I [obviously] can't see the one on the regulator while I'm driving.

True. I have noticed that the Autometer typically reads about 1-2 psi lower than the Marshall that's mounted on the regulator. Not that it really matters, as I'm sure a problem would show up as a bigger difference than that though.
