1968 f250 will not start

i have a 1968 F250 camper special with a 360. it has recently been cutting out when driving. sometimes the radio and wipers will go out but the engine still ran. when you moved the key around the radio and wipers would come on. now it will not start. i don't think the plugs are getting any spark. i hooked up a voltmeter to the starter relay and ground and was suppose to get12 volts with ignition switch on (?). i got 0 volts. from what i can read and find the ignition switch is the problem. anybody have any other ideas ? thanks

From the symptoms you describe it is either the ignition switch is worn out, or possibly the connector/wiring on the back of it is worn out or loose.
