It is probably just the pads you have. Some pads are softer than others and produce more dust. The other possiblity is the brake caliper pins are sticking and not allowing the brake to back off. Most of the time is this happens you will feel a hopping in the front coming from the brake not releasing. I got my pads from Auto Zone. I got the life time warr. and so far I am pleased. Very little dust and smooth stopping. Front brakes apply harder than rear thus producing more dust.

I failed to answer your question on how to take care of your problem. Bdox has one option the other would be buy an new set of front pads and get rid of the problem. I think mine were less than $50.00 at autozone for their best pad.
