Recall Check?

Recall Check?
Took my recent purchase, 2002 Expy, to the dealership to have the recalls checked. I did my homework ahead of time and knew of the speed control and running board recalls. The dealership fixed the speed control issue but said that was the only recall. My Expy has the lighted running boards. I see the recall took place in 2003 so I'm thinking the previous owner had it fixed. How do I check to make sure the recall was done? According to my dealership their was no such recall.
