I have a 00 EB that has 122,000 miles on it. I have had absolutlely no problems with it (except for a sticking IAC that you guys helped me diagnose and fix, and a faulty rear wiper motor that was fixed under the 3/36 warrenty). My questions is, am I driving on borrowed time? Should I trade it in before the bottom falls out? I have never gone more than 3,000 miles betweeen oil changes, and I get my trany fluid changed every 40,000 or so. I love me EB but I don't want to spend huge bucks to fix a truck that is probably only worth $9,000 - $10,000. Do you think I will start to have a rash problems? Any openions would be greatly appreciated.

Well, that is like saying do I think a giant earthquake will hit California this year... sure it COULD happen, but there is no way to really know for sure. There are a bunch of people on here with first generation Expy's that have well over 200K miles and still going strong.
A lot depends on how you drive your truck, not just how many miles. If you are easy on it and maintain it, there is no reason it wouldn't last another 80K miles or so. The only really big, expensive items would be a catastrophic failure of the motor or tranny, and if it ain't happened yet, you probably have a good set there.
I agree -- I bought an extremely clean 2001 EB here in Florida from the original owner with 70,000 miles and all service records for $9500 about six months ago. I would think a 2000 with that mileage would be $1000 to $2000 less.
I would keep it at least until either there are reliability issues--or the list of small things to be done get out of hand.
