Auto to Manual conversion?

if you spent that much money on a tranny, then y would you want a manual.
also if you do go though with the swap, your not gunna get anything close to what you paid for it. but since you feel that way, it is best we don't swap.

your right, thanks for the offer anyway. the more i think about it, i might as well leave the truck alone. i just hate towing a heavy load with an auto. oh well i guess ill have to get a stick the next time around.

Ever price a new ZF-6? It's about even money with a built 4R100.
Not saying you guys should do it. Just general information. Used ZF-6's can bring upwards of $2000 from a salvage yard.
