It would seem that Mile Marker created the issue with you, and they should either lengthen their hub locks, or supply the caps to accomodate them appropriately.
What did Mile Marker say when you told them about this?
when you guys put the warn premium hubs on, are they loose in the rotor?? On mine, the driver side has alot on in and out play, but the pass. side is tight. the instructions say it should have some play but i am not sure if it is ok.
the cure for that, is to contact Warn, tell them your situation, and they will most likely send you another circular clip to space the hub closer to the inner part of the axle. you know those blue clips you slide in there to hold the hub innards? that is what im talking about. mine have only one per side and i have NO in and out movement.
