In my honest opinion, the diablosport predator. There might be some newer ones out on the market, but after having several different predators for my mustang, my brothers, ect. I felt safe, and familiar with diablosports customer service and product.
i would reccommend a chip over a tuner, many of the guys here have had the tuners only to replace them with a dp or ts chip. the tunes are much better and the egts are lower with less black smoke.
I am new to this diesel thing so any info would be great. I bought a microtuner and I am not overly impressed. I orderd an mbrp 4" exhaust and a set of gages and hopefully an afe intake (when funds allow), I don't want to go too crazy as I drive this thing every day and tow a 26' enclosed race car trailer almost every weekend.
First, I would definately reccomend a chip over a tuner. Myself and a big handful of others here have already wasted our money on a tuner just to ditch them later to replace them with a chip. And usually it's one of Jody's chips.
IMO Jody's chip (DP-Tuner) is about the best out there. Run a search on the site for it. You'll find a lot of people who are very happy with them.
Jay94250 i would recomend not getting any after market intake. They are over rated and expensive. I would recomend the kwik filter mod, VERY effective and cheap. It is probably just as effective as an after market intake system. You can search the forum for "kwik filter" to get the whole low down.

ive had tony do all the custom programming for my truck, he can really make your truck fly. ive been very very happy with everything i have gotten from him. he's done all the tuning for lukecline and he was spinning 420rwhp on stage 2's we havent seen what the 3's will do yet motor is going back togethor still
i believe Wildman taught Tipton, gave him everything he needed to know for the tuning business. now Tipton is working for himself and using Wildman's knowledge and also adding his own "flair" to the recipe.
from what i know either him and jodi were partners or tony worked for jodi i dont know exactly, but thes a good ole okie, does most of the custom programming for beans diesel performance on there wildly fueled trucks to the smaller injectors. hes always been the word of mouth guy hes stayed busy without the website and all. i had got some custom programming from bill's diesel performance originally when i had some real big fuel in the truck and got custom programs from tony and they beat the bills burns hands down. you can get ahold of him by email first initial last name at *** dot net.

You need to flip flop that information. Tony got all of his tuning software from Jody. Tony never has worked for Jody. The information here is incorrect. If that is what you have been told it is not true. I apologize for the person who may have told you that.
