Which lift kit?

Im in high school and have a 1978 f150 custom 4x4, and would go mudding sometimes and i was wonder which kind of 4" lift is better, one with rear blocks or one with a rear "add a leaf" rear springs. All info and opinions are helpful.

Blocks are a bad idea. Ideally a replacement rear lift spring is the way to go but if that's out of the budget I'd opt for the add-a-leafs out back. 4" blocks increase axle wrap and can end up destroying the springs, axles and u-joints in a short time.

check out the one at Jeff Bronco's Graveyard, Rancho, Superlift.
Ivanribic is right, go with the leaf spring setup, your truck will be ready for some real fourwheeling with out the axle wrap.

Has any one used rough country? and are they any good and keep in mind im in high school so ya rough country is cheap but its around what i can afford.
