Hi folks I'm calling on you super duty dudes to help me track down a master cylinder for my truck. heres the story.
I installed a hydroboost from an E450 into my 1996 bronco, works great, its amazing. The only proble is the cruse control sensor on the master cylinder that came wit hit is on the left side (drivers side) and it interfers with my fuse block. I'vegone to the parts stor and they don't have anu in stock for me to find out what i'm going to ask of you.
Can you please check the master cylinder on your truck and see if you have one where the sensor is on the top or on the right side of the master cylinder? My guess is the F trucks will have this but if I oder one in and its not i'm stuck with it. Also the bore size on the cylinder is 1 5/16" and thats mark on the left side.
Thats what I did, I'll have to include a pic. And its not pipe thread but an inverted fitting. Even with a tight fitting elbow its in the way, because that port is raised off of the master cylinder.
