rough idle

rough idle

my 03 has a rough idle when you first start it, hot or cold. and when ever I get off the freeway. someone said that it might be getting to much air. but I have no idea on where to look for the problem. and when it idles rough the computer is not logging any codes. and i think I have some thing wrong with the tow mode on my transmission. is it supposed to flash?

I would take it in and tell them about the flashing tow mode or look for a thread on it.

the problem is is that they want to check the codes, but the computer is not logging any codes in with both problems. and then some of them tell me that they can't reset the computer unless it has a check engine light on, i think that that is a load of crap.
