What all were options in 66? also I have been looking/ thinking about a 66 custom cab. Has the sweep spedo, was orginaly two tone, 352, 3 speed, paded dash, I think radio too.(has been hacked) It has the alum trim down the side, and the custom cab script. but at the door handle there is no custom cab protector i have seen on some trucks. was that an option? was it just after mkt? thanks

 

Just sitting here and not checking any references; I'll answer acouple other customcab options, but you cover majority of them. The outside door handle emblems, I believe where an option for 64 and below, more than found on 65-66 models, I could be wrong; however the other 'Customcab" options where chrome window trim around front windshield, inside door panel inserts with chrome trim, also customcab emblems on outside door between door handle and mirrors, and chrome headliner trim along upper portion of the inside door edge and also the chrome floor trim insert along the interior door edge on the floor. I'm sure I'm forgetting one or two options. But the main difference are the windshield trim, speedo sweep, and door trim panels that seperate the standard and custom models.
Out of all the options some are being reproduce by aftermarket companies and the ones that seem to be the hardest to find and not reproduce are the windshield trim, dash pad chrome trim, door panels trim, and the headliner door trim pieces. Also an item found in both customcab and standard models that I havn't found reproduce is the two chrome pieces across the dash that's just above the glove box and goes along the top of the ash try towards the speedometer and a small pieces just above the inigntion and windshield washer button. But any this dash trim is found in both customcab and standard cabs.
