trans woes :(
Ok so i installed a junkyard tranny today. Only issue is i had to swap gear selectors from my old transmission to the new transmission. I think somewhere along the line i made a slight mishap in something since i cant shift it into ANY gear whether the truck is on or off. its locked in neutral per the gear selector (5 spd mazda trans for my 92 f150).. so my question is. with the gear selector removed from the transmission what does it look like in neutral? i think the hubs for the shift forks (is that the right term?) arent where they need to be and are in a sense "binding" any possible shifting.
