i have goodyear ats tires. ive had 5 flats with them. the gaps are where i get the punctures. its not that im driving in construction zones all the time either. cant wait to ditch them. plus the rubber is so hard the slide all over in the rain and snow. another 5k on them and their toast. bring on the bf goodrich revo's!
LMAO!!! Sounds like my wife. Except she said the same as she has now....so for $5...I got her a set of bald ones from the salvage yard to match what she already had.... Well she did say the same as what she had.
She just sent me back out to Discount Tire. Women...no sense of humor.
You might want to check out the Yokohama Geolander H/Ts. Have them on my 97 F150, 2wd (for summer tires) and they're nice and quiet, responsive and handle great in the wet or dry. They also have a respectable load capacity. I do switch them out for real snows for the winter though. Just a thought. Check out tirerack.com for more info.
No problem. BTW: I'm running Hakkapallita SUV snows and they work better on my 2wd than the Goodyear A/T's on my 4x4. Not as good on the ice as I hoped and a little noisy but, hey...
