Hello All,
Has anyone installed the ABS Headliner with (4) speakers mounted, as seen at JC Whitney and LMC truck. Are the speakers well made and sound good? Does the radio mount bezel work with any radio? Any problems someone should know about? This Item is about $270.00 Thanks All
CABROCK,I installed one in my 71,see My gallery, the speakers will only handle ten watts each so when they blow out replace them with some good ones.It still looks as good as the day it went in.I put a Blapunkt CD player in and it fit real good and tight.Make sure you insulate the roof of the cab with some good non cloth based glue in insulation to keep the heat out and the cool in,I had a local upholsterer do it in My Daughters 76.Make sure you check the screw lengths they give you with the headliner, they will go thru the backing metal and on out thru the outside metal if you dont watch out near the rear of the liner is where I noticed this happening on My 71. Just cut them down and ground a point on to them and just go easy and you will be ok.All the speaker wires and antanna wire went down thru the passenger front door-windshield post.Make sure you leave the fuse for the stereo down under the glovebox in case you need to change it. Well that's all I can think of so good luck and have fun.

Nod,
I heard some more positive comments, nothing negative. I want to put a gauge cluster at the location of my radio, but I did not know how to deal with my radio, but I think this could be my solution. Thanks!
