There are a few things that can cause the engine to miss. Need to know if it misses at idle, or through the entire rpm band, and if it misses when it gets to operating temp, or from start-up.

I would have the code read at a reputable shop, will give you a better idea of what you are looking at. I would also have a diagnostic run if the code doesn't give much help.
