He is using the Outlook Express the lite verson of full blown Outlook. Express limits you to what you can do.

If you need to see the whole email at once, try printing it.

Problems solved guys. Thanks a bunch. Donjamers advice to click on the Maximize button solved the problem off the smaller page. Now enjoying a full page again. I thought it would be something simple. Hopefully Ill master the computer someday. Thanks everyone for all your help. It is really appreciated.
