Computer problems need help right away
Hey guys I need your help. My computer is running fine just need help on running it. The problem is this. When I click on my e-mail the page appears but only part off it. Its really a page within a page. I need to visualize the whole page not just part off it. So what do I need to do make the whole page appear. This cutsoff some important information that I need to acess another site. Also my email when I click it on knocks my computer off line so I have to reboot again. Can any off you guys help me on this. It would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Can you take a picture of the screen and post it for us.
On the keyboards just above the delete button is a button that say PRTSCN.
put the e-mail screen up and click that button then go to the program PAINT .
Open that and click EDIT
Then click PASTE.
Upload that file it to your gallery
Then post a link to that file in a post here.
After we're done helping you ,you can delete that file from your gallery.

Ditch it, and get GMAIL or hotmail.
I have had more problems with outlook than I can even list here. Go to www.hotmail.com and sign up for a free email account. Once you have done that, I can send you an invite to GMAIL and you will be setup better than you ever thought possible.

Outlook is for those who have the patience to forever update garbage...
Don't waste time troubleshooting it. Set up a freemail account, shoot me an email, and we'll get you an account that works fantastic, has a ton of storage, and is updated by their administrators instead of YOU having to plug holes in the system.

Sounds like a plan to me. Sorry wont be able to upload the page. Im not that computer smart to do that. Its all greek to me. Just visualize this page an cutoff an inchat the top an right. Thats where the second page is visible. About an inch missing off the first page to the left which cuts off important information. I should be able to click something to get rid off the second page but I cant seem to do it. The first page is the e-mail an the second is the backdrop. The main page on the computer.

Well what I should I do guys. What do you guys do for computer problems. Is there a site I can visit or a number to call. I really need to get this going ASAP. Please reply. I am open to anything All advice is welcome.

Can you click on the Maximize button to enlarge the email? That is the button at the top right of the screen next to the "X" (if you don't know)...
You can go to View on the menu then Layout to turn off some items.. This may change the screen size for you to be able to see the whole message.
NOt really sure what you are seeing...

Do you know all of the vital info to set up the account in a different program? I suggest you visit mozilla.org and check out 'Thunderbird'. Its an email app that is quite similar to outlook, but better IMO. This way, if you know all the info for the account, you can set it up here, and import from your other email services....hopefully seeing what you cannot at the moment.
