I just purchased 2 BFgoodrich 31 10x50 15. They cost me over 300 dollars with the warrany from discount tire. Does anyone know of a website/dealer who sells cheap tires? Sux spending over 600 dollars on tires for this thing when thats more then half of what i payed for it haha.
Look around your area for dealers of Coopers or Buckshots... they might be cheaper. Mudders in general aren't very 'cheap', though... especially for ones that will take abuse well. *shrug*
1) Go spend $10K-$30K on a newer vehicle so you'll feel more comfortable spending that much in tires.
2) If you must have mudders, shop around for some cheaper tires. I put a set of 4 Dunlop Mud Rovers on my Explorer last fall for around $500 for the set. Kumho Ventures run about the same. Off brands may even be a little cheaper still. If you don't need mudders, other styles will be cheaper.
3) Do you feel you have to have 31x10.50's? 30x9.50 or 235/75's will usually be significantly cheaper (tirerack lists them ~10% cheaper) than 31x10.50's.
Option 1 is, of course, a very expensive option. Options 2 and 3 may be workable, but perhaps not, if Discount Tire won't take back the 2 BFG's they've already sold you.
I got Super Swampers TSL radial for 85$ a piece. Just type "Super Swamper Radial TSL sale" and on the first page of search resualts it should come up. AMAZING TIRES!!!!
they seen you coming, LOL!!!. i purchased a set of BFG's 30x12.50 brandnew for 74 dollars a piece and that is the regular price, buyer beware of mark up scams cause it is all about profit to business owners anymore

First of all BFG doesn't even make the tire size you claimed to have got and second 74 dollars as a normal price on a 30+ inch BFG is total bull. Enjoy the miricle you have been blessed with but I see no need laughing at others for paying a little too much. "Normal" price on what they got would be $135 each for the Mud-Terrain and about $115 for the All-Terrian.
Check that out. I like the thin and high tires, the ones for 88$. Never saw anything better on the offroad. And I have seen a lot of offroad(coming from Russia )
The noise is tolerable. Usually I don't drive more then 55mph, so, maybe that' why.
The only minus they have is they dig holes in the packed snow. But if you deflate them a little bit-problem solved.

Add in $10 for mounting and balancing and you would be at $145 for the MT. Add tire disposal and tax and the $150 seems just about the price you would pay locally.
One thing about mail ordering tires, shipping cost. On the bigger tires you pay $20 EACH tire.
