Red face suspension ?

I have a 1974 f-100 2wd. and i just noticed something, and dont know what its called and thats what i need help with.
the arms which come from front axle mounted under each coil spring and extent back toward cab and mount to frame by a bracket near cab mounts with rubber bushings either side. The rubber bushings on the driver side are completly gone allowing the front axle to move back and forth 2-3 inches as i roll the tire back and forth.
I believe all i have to do is replace the rubbers but i dont know what to order or ask for. I feel kinda ignorant but i guess thats why we have this place huh?
Could anyone help me know what i need and any tips or extra info needed to repair this?

C bushings are on 4x4s. They are radius arm bushings. Polyeuethane ones are like $30 for both sides (4 pieces)

Thanks, Can these bushings be put on by removing the nut and pulling arm forward and out of the bracket? or will i have to dissassemble the arm from the front end also? I've taken the nut off and pulled forward on it a bit but it got dark on me too quick. and it acted like it was going to be tough pulling the front end forward enough to clear the threaded end through the bracket so i couild install the inner bushing. Ill try again after work today.

I really don't think you can pull the radius arm out of its hole. You have to disconnect it from the Ibeam or take off the I beam all together.

I just finished the drivers side and it wasnt a pretty site. I was able to pull it foward and out but i dont think i will do the passenger side that way. It was too much stress on things i think. But ive test drove her and notice nothing but improvement. much more stable ride it seemed and seemed to steer a bit tighter. I took her up to 70 and felt no problems and hard breaking same result. so i guess she's ok but i had to winch the front end foward and still just barely cleared. the rubber break line was to its max. Heck i dunno i may do the passenger side that way too i dunno. Im sure its not recommended. Thanks tho
