Cab mount bushing tightening.
I have installed all new rubber cab mount bushing on my 79 2wd and was needing to know if there is a specific torque that the bushings need to be torqued to or is there a measurement that the bushing needs to be tightened to?. Whats the best way to make sure I have my cab in the correct place before tightening down. I measured each side of cab at the same place on the front and back of the rocker panels and got it the same diffrence on both sides from the frame and then measures on each side of the back of the cab along the frame till the distance from the back of the cab to the end of the frame rail on both sides were the same. Is this a correct way to make sure my cab is nice a square? Thanks
