First of all, WELCOME to FTE, one of the best sources for great Ford truck information.
And second, try searching in the '61 - '66 forum. John is right, this subject has been discussed quite a bit. This is a self-resurrecting dead horse, as a matter of fact!
Seriously, you will find all the help you need, and will get it faster that way.
When you search in the other forum, be sure to note if the information is for a '64 and earlier, or for a '65 and later.
Anything for a '65 and later will apply to your truck, but the '64 and earlier are completely different beasts under the body. The earlier steering and suspension systems are incompatible with the Twin I-beams used '65 to '79.
