Matt: The steering stabilizer only mask the problem. There should be no wobble before the stabilizer. Wobble is usually caused by either a worn, bent or broken part.
The best way to find it is to block up the truck using the frame and let the suspension hang. Then, remove the drag bars and wheels and start checking each part with a small pry bar. Nothing should move out of its normal range or deflection.
Then block the truck on the suspension and do the check again. Sprung and unsprung weight will show a lot of things.
Thanks for the advice. I'll have it checked again. I'm lucky to have a very honest mechanic who went over it thouroghly and didn't find anything wrong. He didn't even charge me to check it. Maybe now, all this time later, something is out of whack.
